This is the wrong size or you are not fully satisfied with our product? No problem!
You simply need to send us your request by email to info@twentybyten.com within 14 days of receipt.
1. Return for EXCHANGE: The return is free of charge. (Excluding promotions, sales or other discounts)
2. Return for REFUND: The return is at your expense. We will reimburse within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used when ordering (Paypal or CB).
Shipping costs are only offered once per order.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend washing at 30°, inside out and in similar colors so that your product retains their original quality for as long as possible.
